Exciting opportunity for an experienced Laboratory professional to step into a leadership role as a Laboratory Supervisor in the Blood Bank. Shift Details

Full-time, 80 hours biweekly

Day shift, Monday through Friday

On-call rotation for weekends and holidays

Your Role

Direct and supervise technical staff in the Blood Bank

Coordinate schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations

Provide training and mentorship to team members

Support budgeting, department goals, and quality initiatives

Perform laboratory testing and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety

Collaborate with medical staff on laboratory-related services

Participate in research, surveys, and implementation of new methodologies
