Key Responsibilities
Schedule and deliver training for new and existing customers on the Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS)
Provide timely customer service and technical support, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
Conduct site system reviews and educate customers on product features to enhance their experience
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of Customer Support experience
6 months of training experience
Experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry
High School diploma
Demonstrated customer focus and ability to work cross-functionally
