Agile Delivery Lead

A company is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to manage project delivery and team effectiveness in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project scope and timelines while fostering a team culture of shared responsibility for delivery

Facilitate workshops and meetings to establish project needs, monitor progress, and resolve issues

Build relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and promoting continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / II) or similar qualifications

Experience in a scrum master or agile delivery role, preferably in an enterprise agency environment

Strong skills in servant leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and knowledge of web technologies (e.g., WordPress, PHP)

Ability to thrive in dynamic, multi-project environments with a strategic mindset
