Brokerage Coordinator Temp-to-Hire Opportunity - Start before the holidays!

Location : Uptown Dallas, TX (On-site, 5 days / week)

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Compensation : $28-$33 / hr + overtime eligible

About the Role

Were seeking a highly organized and proactive Brokerage Coordinator to join our client's dynamic commercial real estate team. This is a temp-to-hire position offering the chance to transition into a permanent role with a leading firm in the industry.

As a Brokerage Coordinator, youll be the backbone of the teamproviding critical administrative and marketing support to brokers, ensuring smooth operations, and helping drive success in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Coordinate invoicing, deal tracking, and follow-up
• Support brokers with administrative tasks and client deliverables
• Maintain accuracy in internal systems and documentation
