Join a market leading manufacturer and develop the Midwestern market by developing dealer / fabricator accounts throughout the region.
Our client is a leading manufacturer, known for its consistent growth and commitment to excellence. We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies for their business in the South East region.
This includes identifying and delivering on growth opportunities, building relationships with customers and influencers, and partnering with internal teams to maximiize customer experience.
As the product expert and key touch point with customers, trends, and competition, you will lead the market development strategy and build plans to drive new business growth.
Success is based upon your ability to meet or exceed established sales targets set by the organization.
Required Skills and Abilities :
You will be a motivated, enthusiastic, and determined sales professional with experience deevloping your own region. You will understand channel sales and will have experience influencing business owners to help sell your products.
Experience working with dealers, resellers, fabricators, architects and designers, or other channel partners will be extremely valued.
You should be based in the territory and able to travel regularly.
Culturally the business appreciates honesty, open / transparent working styles, collaboration, ability to function remotely and keep record of activity on the CRM, ability to work as part of a team and proven skills in developing long term profitable commercial relationships.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiar with CRM tools
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time

The role offers a competitive base salary with company car. Fuel and expenses are paid and there is a annual bonus opportunity of 50% on target and up to 100% for over target performance.
