A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to evaluate business processes and systems while ensuring technology solutions align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for software development projects
Analyze business needs and translate them into clear user stories aligned with project goals
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure understanding of project requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent technology industry background
Prior experience in a financial services environment
Proven experience in gathering business and technical requirements
Ability to utilize SQL for data extraction and analysis
Understanding of technology, including multi-platform applications and databases
