Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Key Skills : Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification in contract management is a plus.
• Experience : 6–8 years of experience in contract negotiation and administration, preferably in a corporate or legal setting.
• Knowledge : Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management.
• Skills : Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities with sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Communication : Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Problem-Solving : Creative problem-solver with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
