A company is looking for a Director of Product, New Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product strategy, execution, and go-to-market readiness for a new product incubation track

Manage a cross-functional team through discovery, validation, and build cycles

Define and drive product-market fit using intuition, data, and rapid experimentation

Required Qualifications

10+ years of product leadership experience, including 3+ years as a general manager or product lead

Proven track record of building and scaling new products in fast-paced environments

Familiarity with AI / ML and emerging technologies

Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and motivate teams

Hands-on operator with a bias toward action and fast iteration
