Location : San Francisco, CA 94105 (Hybrid Role)

Job Description

We re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Analyst (Web Analytics & Reporting) II to join our Customer Experience (CX) Analytics team. You will report to the Manager of Business Analytics and work closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and cross-functional partners across our Growth Experience Technology (GET) organization.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Web analytics to design and deliver high-quality dashboards, reporting solutions, and insights that enable data-driven decision making.

You will play a key role in understanding business needs, translating them into scalable data solutions, and ensuring stakeholders can act on clear, accurate, and actionable insights.

Responsibilities :

Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver scalable solutions.

Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to track KPIs, monitor performance, and surface insights across the digital customer lifecycle.

Perform deep-dive analyses on customer behavior and business performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

Ensure data integrity and reliability by working with data engineering and IT teams on data pipelines, new data system integrations, and validation processes.

Act as a subject matter expert in Power BI, providing guidance, training, and support to business teams.

Communicate insights effectively through data storytelling, presentations, and visualizations that influence strategy and operations.

Build and manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders, to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Support ongoing automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

Minimum Requirements :

5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.

Proven expertise in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling).

Proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and validating large datasets.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business-friendly insights.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.

Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).

Bachelor s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related).

Preferred Requirements :

Knowledge of ETL processes and automated reporting pipelines.

Familiarity with data governance, security, and quality best practices.

Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and problem-solving.

Strong ability to tell data-driven stories that influence decision-making.

Prior experience collaborating with UX / UI designers, product managers, or researchers.
