Serving various retailers, we effectively utilize our collective resources and procedures to deliver customer support and coordinated service solutions for our Masco family of brands.## Work Responsibilities :

• Travel to support showroom reset execution
• Provide associate, store-wide, and district-wide product knowledge through in-aisle and classroom-style training
• Participate in Customer Sales events including commercial / contractor events and how-to clinics
• Provide brand representation for an array of Masco products, including returns evaluations and product support on a limited basis, and project / reset transparency
• Perform Market Intelligence related activities, including competitive shops, product, brand, and customer feedback, and customer observance surveys
• Manage individual expenses and budgets
• Maintain and grow relationships within our retail home improvement, hardware, and trade partners; ensuring goals and expectations are exceeded with quality service
• Support other departments in a dual-role capacity Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role :
• High School diploma or equivalent experience required
• Basic knowledge of home improvement, renovation, or construction industry
• Understanding of personal computers and competence in standard office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience working with power tools
• Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds, kneel, stand, squat, bend, and reach
• Ability to travel up to 75% during periods of heightened customer dedication## What We Offer :
