Business Analyst III

Conducts basic to moderately complex operational analyses that supports informed decision making within the business unit, under the direction of a Sr. Bus. Analyst, Bus. Analyst I or immediate supervisor. Key responsibilities include medium to large special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development. Applies standardized tools and techniques. Receives limited mentoring and guidance. 1 to 3 years related experience preferred. Bachelors degree preferred.

Supports day-to-day operations for Billing Options programs; including, eBill, Summary Bill, EDI, Budget Bill and Fixed Rate.

The ideal candidate should have :

• 1-3 years' experience required
• SAP knowledge preferred
• EDI knowledge preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Consistent follow-through
• Ability to multi-task
