The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our operations supporting commuter shuttle services. The Operations Manager will manage a multi-level team of drivers, supervisors, dispatchers and safety professionals ensuring seamless execution of operations client expectations. The Operations Manager will ensure that all vehicles are operated in a safe, reliable, courteous and timely manner with a high-level of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing operations for 10-20 routes and experience working with and presenting to clients.

This is for proposed business and all offers are contingent upon Hallcon's award of the contract.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitors policies, standards, operating procedures, and day to day success.
• Strong emphasis on overseeing daily operations and troubleshooting potential issues
• Maintains strong relationships with all employees and operators
• Develop, coach, and mentor high potential employees
• Assist with the recruiting of new talent
• Ensures the highest level of safety compliance at all levels of the operation, assisting in accident / incident investigation as needed
• Control direct cost and manage established operations budgets

Make sure all routes / run are performed safely, reliably, and on-time.
