Senior Manager Of Corporate Controllership

Walmart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Corporate Controllership to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and collaborating with various peers and business partners. The ideal candidate will excel in influencing business partners and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Influence and collaborate with business partners and various stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Participate in Controllership transformation initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations on financial accounting to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Conduct and oversee balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years experience in finance, accounting, or related area OR 6 years experience in finance, accounting, or related area. 1 years supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Relational Database Management System (RDMS), Working on cross-functional teams or projects Masters : Business Administration Financial & Insurance - Certified Public Accountant - Certification
