Job description

Title : Senior Estimator

Location : Springdale, AR

Client : A well-established, family-owned General Contractor

Salary : Up to $120k base

Responsibilities :

  • Lead estimating efforts and mentor other estimators within the division
  • Manage bid processes and coordinate with clients, design teams, trade partners, and field teams
  • Develop detailed project estimates, conduct quantity takeoffs, and perform specification reviews
  • Review and interpret drawings, lead preconstruction RFIs, and coordinate value analysis initiatives
  • Prepare and manage trade partner bid packages and evaluate proposals for accuracy and competitiveness
  • Support project strategies and preconstruction planning to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Document estimating processes and maintain accurate project data
  • Participate in company improvement initiatives and industry events to strengthen relationships and brand presence

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction preconstruction or related project management
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and standard scopes of work
  • Experience with CMAR and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license

    • Preferred :

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with preconstruction platforms such as On-Screen Takeoff, BlueBeam, ConCntric, or BuildingConnected
