Overview :

TalentoHC has partnered with a leading Plaintiff's law firm seeking a Labor and Employment / Litigation Attorney with experience in Nevada Courts.

Responsibilities :

• Perform legal research, draft correspondence, complaints and other litigation documents for filing as necessary.
• Heavy discovery work.
• Attend court hearings as required.
• Work with Managing attorney and a team of 2-3 on all cases.

Schedule :

8-hour shift Monday to Friday

Onsite in Las Vegas, NV
