Management Analyst Associate
The City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities is seeking a qualified Management Analyst Associate to fulfill the daily financial and administrative operations for the Stormwater Utility (SWU) Operations and Maintenance Division. This position will assist the Program Manager and Supervisor with procuring goods and services, reconciling financial reports and creating work orders for projects. Additionally, this position is responsible for reviewing accounts payables, receiving in vendor receipt packets, executing daily account procedures, and adhering to the City of Richmond and the Commonwealth of VA procurement guidelines.
