We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support the Administrative Operations area of our client. This includes the following : HEMAP Counseling Program Operations Strategic Policy & Planning etc.. The ideal candidate will work with senior staff and be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes gathering and documenting requirements and working closely with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions. This position plays a critical role in enhancing efficiency ensuring successful project delivery and driving continuous improvement learns to use professional concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity under close supervision while achieving day-to-day objectives. Works on developmental assignments that are initially routine in nature requiring limited judgment and decision making. This level is typically focused on self-development. Requires theoretical knowledge through specific education and training.

Essential Functions
Analyze and document current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for new systems or changes to existing systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team.
Assist in the creation of test plans test cases and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new solutions.
Prepare and maintain reports and documentation related to process improvements requirements analysis and project progress.
