Associate Private Wealth Advisor
Overview
The Associate Private Wealth Advisor position at Great Plains Trust Company is the ideal role for an individual looking to join an ensemble team of wealth management specialists.
Our firm allows Associate Private Wealth Advisors to work along side experienced Wealth Advisors and assist in managing client relationships while working with estate planning and portfolio management specialists to design holistic wealth management solutions for clients.
The successful candidate will be a client-centric support advisor who values working within a team atmosphere at a 28 year old company that is dedicated to managing generational wealth for clients.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in the management of a of client relationship, including the financial plan, investment portfolio, estate plan and tax considerations of all recommendations
- Support Wealth Advisors in managing all stages of the wealth planning cycle and offer creative solutions to help clients achieve their goals
- Collaborate with Great Plains trust administrators and portfolio managers to prepare and provide comprehensive wealth management advice to high-net-worth clients through thoughtful, comprehensive wealth management and customized investment portfolios.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 + years’ experience working in a financial planning, accounting, legal or other organization that provides relevant experience
- Series 65, CFP, CFA or CPA preferred but not required
Skills And Knowledge
- Wealth management experience including estate planning, tax, investment management, insurance and financial planning
- Highly effective relationship management and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and desire to work as part of a wealth management team
