Responsibilities

Client Outreach : Engage with potential and existing clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our insurance products.

Policy Advising : Analyze clients' needs to recommend appropriate coverage options tailored to their unique situations.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business retention.

Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales goals through effective prospecting and selling techniques.

Product Knowledge : Stay informed about new products and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

Administrative Tasks : Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications in alignment with company procedures.

Requirements

Licensing : Active Alaska Property & Casualty License is required but we can help the right candidate get a license

Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales is desirable. ($2,500 hiring Bonus if you have 2 years of prior verifiable Allstate Experience)

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
