Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) has partnered with a mission-driven nonprofit organization to identify a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) . As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will set the strategic direction of the organization's financial health.

Highlights of the Opportunity :

Base salary $175-210k with comprehensive benefits

Hybrid schedule : 2-3 days per week onsite in Providence, RI

Executive-level position with direct influence on organizational strategy

Responsibilities :

Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and operations of the organization

Provide strategic guidance to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership team

Oversee financial controls, compliance, and risk management

Partner with leadership to ensure resources align with mission and growth objectives

Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

12+ years of senior financial leadership experience, with nonprofit background strongly preferred

Proven record of guiding financial strategy at the executive level

Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
