What You'll Do
Lead design teams from kickoff through completion across land development projectsDevelop efficient design solutions for grading, drainage, streets, sewers, and utilitiesOversee plan quality, accuracy, and compliance with agency requirementsHandle client communication, proposal development, scope negotiation, and billingMentor junior engineers and coordinate project staffDrive projects through public agency processing and approvalWhat You'll Need
B.S. in Civil Engineering and active P.E. license5+ years of experience managing land development projectsProficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3DStrong knowledge of grading, utility, and site designExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience preparing plans, cost estimates, and design documentationSalary and Benefits
Salary range for position $100,000 / yr - $140,000 / yr
