Job Description

Manage daily operations on the job site, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance with all regulations. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and scheduling. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
