Job Responsibilities

BS Degree, Accounting, C.P.A., M.B.A. or equivalent preferred.

Five (5) to ten (10) years of finance / accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of GAAP and International Accounting Standards

Minimum of five (5) years in a manufacturing facility.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

SAP experience preferred

Knowledge of IATF16949 requirements

Knowledge of customers' trends, perceptions, needs and expectations

Negotiating and employee relationship development skills

Communicate clearly with customer focused vision

Assign the highest priority to customer satisfaction while meeting commitments to achieve business objectives.
