We are looking for enthusiastic andadaptable Teacher Assistant, Assistant Teacher, and child care assistants for our Brand New beautiful school at Spring Mill!
Your role:
In this Teacher Assistant role, you will support our Lead Teacher in guiding children to be more independent and confident in their abilities. This is a great opportunity to start your career in Montessori, and early childhood education more generally, as many of our Assistant Guides ultimately grow to take on Teacher roles over time, thanks to our MACTE-accredited Montessori training program.
This position is a full-time role with great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, a competitive rate of pay, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to two children at our school.
