Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical knowledge to join our team . This role does not require HVAC or EPA certifications. Experience with boilers, pulleys, and roller track maintenance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, including, conveyors, lifts, overhead rail systems, ironers, feeders, folders, reciprocating compressors, centrifugal pumps, diaphragm and positive displacement pumps, chemical injection pumps, and their associated motors.
• Visually inspect and test machinery and process equipment.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems.
• Perform alignments and repair and maintain gearboxes and bearings.
• Repair or replace defective parts; check and adjust sensors, measuring devices, etc.
• Clean, lubricate, and replace shafts, bearings, gears, and mechanical seals.
• Perform basic motor and instrumentation troubleshooting and repairs.
• Use diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot equipment to detect malfunctions or pending failure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
