Job descriptionManufacturing experience preferred. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Analyze key drivers of financial performance to provide meaningful insights for decision-making. Develop and continuously improve management reporting and analysis for manufacturing operations on a regular and ad hoc basis. Collaborate with the MIS team to design tools for efficient data collection and reporting (e.g., Power BI, MDS, cubes, pivot tables). Prepare detailed monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis by market and product. Support the development of annual plans and presentations for key stakeholders. Partner with Sales to compile forecasts, analyze trends, and respond to requests for financial insights. Work closely with the New Zealand financial analyst to ensure alignment of financial processes across locations. Assist Sales in identifying opportunities through historical customer purchasing data analysis. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency. Perform additional duties as assigned. Strong financial and accounting acumen with the ability to produce accurate and insightful reports. Expertise in analyzing complex datasets and delivering actionable insights. Effective multitasking and project management skills. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills to work both independently and collaboratively. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting management decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, and collaboration. This position is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and presenting financial results to stakeholders and working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and R&D, to provide actionable financial insights.
Job Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
Experience :
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel required.
