Our client, a prominent health and wellness organization in Center City, is seeking a Head of Brand Marketing to join their team and lead the next evolution of their brand. This individual will oversee brand strategy, storytelling, community engagement, and content development, while driving measurable business outcomes such as increased loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.

Define and evolve brand positioning, architecture, and value proposition in alignment with company growth goals. Build and execute annual brand plans, campaign calendars, and multi-channel storytelling strategies. Oversee both verbal and visual brand identity systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints. Own and manage the brand budget, tracking KPIs and linking brand performance to acquisition, retention, and NPS outcomes. Lead community and advocacy programs that strengthen belonging, engagement, and trust among members and caregivers. Oversee content marketing, PR, social, and media strategies to enhance visibility, reach, and brand credibility.

10+ years of brand, marketing, or communications experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership. Proven success scaling brand strategies in consumer, health, lifestyle, or membership-based sectors. Strong financial and analytical acumen, with experience managing budgets and performance metrics. Expertise in voice-of-customer (VOC) initiatives, community building, and loyalty programs. Skilled in both visual and verbal brand identity management. Entrepreneurial, data-driven leader with a high-performance mindset and collaborative spirit. Adept at partnering cross-functionally.
