Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of financial reporting packages and execute monthly and quarterly financial close processes

Develop and maintain annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and strategic financial models while monitoring performance against budgets

Serve as a strategic advisor by providing financial guidance and insights to support business decisions and initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

10-12 years of experience in corporate finance or accounting, with a focus on financial planning and analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and planning software

Strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to changing conditions

High ethical standards regarding the handling of sensitive and confidential information
