Customer Service Sales Representative
Local retail client looking for a contract to permanent onsite customer service sales representative. This position requires weekends to be worked! In this customer service sales position, you will be responsible for the following :
- Establish strong rapport and provide ongoing support to each member of the showroom sales team.
- Follow and maintain documentation of all sales leads as outlined in company procedures.
- Designate working hours to lead generating activities.
- Document all pre- and post-completion follow-up with each client in Evosus software to receive a full commission.
- Designate showroom time to "live" selling and closing presentations.
- Attend periodic sales meetings and trainings as assigned.
- Allocate working hours to sales reporting, self-study and training.
- Maintain showroom appearance and operations.
- Provide daily administrative support to counter staff and attend to the P.O.S. retail desk as needed.
- Maintain strong workflow communications with delivery and service staff.
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.Proficiency in handling email correspondence and managing inbound phone calls.Familiarity with consultative sales techniques and the ability to build rapport with customers.Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and managing customer invoices.Knowledge of bills of lading and shipping documentation processes.Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly address customer needs and concerns.Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in email marketing or customer outreach is a plus.If you are interested in this customer service role, submit your resume today!
