Job Description
ProSidian Seeks a Energy Project Manager in CONUS / OCONUS - Washington, DC to support an engagement for an independent agency of the United States Federal Govt. that is concerned with the United States' policies regarding energy and safety in handling nuclear material. The agency has a mission to lead national efforts to modernize the electric grid; enhance security and reliability of the energy infrastructure; and facilitate recovery from disruptions to energy supply.
The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide financial, technical, analytical, modeling, project management, and communications support to meet on-going requirements within the agency. Key workstream coverage for the ProSidian Engagement Team includes but not limited to 5.1. Budget and Financial Systems Support : conducts budget analysis, formulation, planning, and budget execution work. 5.1.2 Human Capital Technical Support : provide unclassified technical assistance and analytical support to the Human Capital Planning (HCP) Team by maintaining a database which utilizes information currently stored in another information management system and performing administrative duties as requested. 5.1.3 CBO Financial Reporting : provide management support to collect, evaluate and test financial data for several annual, recurring departmental reviews such as The Federal Managers' Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA). 5.1.4 Advanced Grid Research and Development (AGRD) Technical and Analytical Support : provide management and oversight support for select program areas, such as monitoring and tracking the progress of program goals, project reports and deliverables, funds costing, tracking schedule and milestone deliverables, and conducting trend analysis. 5.1.5 Transmission Permitting and Technical Assistance : The Transmission Permitting and Technical Assistance Division (TPTA) leads the Department's efforts to provide technical assistance to States, regional entities, and tribes to help them develop and improve programs, policies, and laws that facilitate the development of reliable and affordable electricity infrastructure.
Energy Project Manager Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and primary role is to manage all tasks under the Performance Work Statement, which could include establishing budgets, administrative support or managing meetings, workshops, and trainings for the agency.

Qualifications
The Energy Project Manager shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word / Excel / Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones / delivery schedules as outlined.
A Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant government consulting experience working with multi-disciplinary highly technical and analytical personnel as well as subject matter experts. Technical experience (electrical sector and energy infrastructure) and financial analysis experience or background is preferred.
TRAVEL : Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. LOCATION : Work shall be conducted at the CONUS / OCONUS - Washington, DC
