Position Overview :
Gravity is looking for a Desktop Engineer to assist with our client. The ideal candidate will possess experience working onsite as an end user support specialist.
Working through ServiceNow, you should be experienced imaging computers and working through tickets with a high level of customer support.
Additionally, it is preferred this candidate has a level of experience with routers and switches.

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide prompt and accurate technical support ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Help to configure, image, and deploy hardware with Windows 10 for new hire equipment and replacement equipment
- Support MS Office and Outlook configuration, software installation, printer set up
- Review trouble ticket queues, document support and diagnostic activity, escalate problems as required
- Assist with routers and switches whenever there is a refresh
Required Experience & Skills :
- 1+ year of experience in an onsite Desktop Support Engineer role
- 1+ year of experience configuring, imaging, and deploying hardware for new hires, such as : computers, phones, and tablets
- 1+ year of experience working through and resolving tickets in ServiceNow
- 1+ year of experience with routers and switches
- Ability to go onsite to Miramar, FL three days a week
