About Us

At HealthTronics, we're dedicated to providing top-notch urological and other healthcare services. As a Payor Relations Specialist, you'll work with a team of experts committed to delivering quality care and maximizing profitability.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contracts Management : Oversee new and existing contracts, renewals, and real-time contract activity to ensure data integrity and profitability.
  • Payor Portal and CRM Maintenance : Maintain accurate data in payor portals, CRM systems, and other data repositories to support compliance and credentialing.
  • Customer Service : Act as a liaison between payors / customers and internal teams, resolving disputes and facilitating managed care activities.
  • Compliance and Dispute Resolution : Stay updated on payor compliance, resolve contractual disputes, and participate in payor audits.
  • Market Analysis and Relationship Building : Analyze market trends, maintain positive relationships with key payors, and contribute to strategic payor contracting strategies.

Position Requirements

  • Applicants must answer all application pre-screening questions to be considered for this role. Candidates that fail to answer these questions, will be rejected from the system.
  • 3 years or more of relevant experience in a health care setting, at least one of which is in Third Party Payor contracting.
  • Vast understanding of managed care contracts and the effects the language and guidelines have on reimbursement.
  • In-depth knowledge of government contracts and regulations Medicare, Medicaid (various states) and accreditation / certification standards .
  • Strong team player with the ability to continuously collaborate with others, think creatively and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel and analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in time-constrained environments.
