About The Role

As an Order Shopper, your role is to assist the e-commerce team by collecting and packaging items for customer orders. You'll ensure that orders are prepared accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup.

What You Will Do

• Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of urgency (picking + scanning + packing).
• Comfort using handheld technology (mobile) devices to fulfill orders.
• Eagerness to learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations.
• Willingness to work in other areas of the e-commerce department as required, e.g., customer service, cashier, food orders runner.
• Follow all departmental and company procedures, practices, and policies.
• Perform all other tasks as duties as assigned and / or per business need.

About You

Compensation range : $18.00 $20.00
