We are seeking a data-driven, execution-oriented eCommerce Manager to oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platform and Lifecycle Marketing program. This is a cross-functional position that demands strong project management and analytical skills, as well as expertise in CRO and CRM best practices. This role is ideal for individuals who are intrinsically motivated, love to nerd out about growth hacks, and have a passion for fashion and jewelry.

- Oversee daily website operations, including but not limited to setting up new collections, campaigns, and promos in alignment with the marketing calendar.
- Ensure full product launch readiness : item setup, copy, creative assets, and pricing accuracy.
- Drive bundling initiatives, upsell strategies, and cross-merchandising tactics to grow AOV and improve conversion.
- Analyze website performance metrics and use insights to optimize merchandising strategy, site functionality, and user experience.
- Help guide product assortment, placement, and promotional strategies based on performance analytics.
- Manage relationships with third-party agencies and ensure timely delivery of e-commerce projects.
- Partner with production, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor and report on key metrics (traffic, conversion, CAC, LTV) using GA4 and Shopify reporting.
- Oversee and execute strategic site A / B tests to improve KPIs, revenue, and overall customer experience with a focus on digital merchandising, personalization, and conversion optimization.
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
Oversee the day-to-day management of our CRM and Lifecycle marketing program.Own segmentation and personalization so that we can deliver relevant and optimized content and experiences to our various customer cohorts.Work in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure proper setup and execution of SMS and email campaigns.Maximize revenue by overseeing the customer journey and implementing data-driven acquisition and retention flows.Required Qualifications :
4-7+ years of proven experience in e-commerce management, specifically in fashion, beauty, or accessories.Proficiency with Shopify Plus and the app ecosystem.Strong understanding of digital user experience with experience managing email, SMS.Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in GA4 and Shopify native reporting tools.Strong understanding of digital commerce technology and emerging platforms and apps.Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, production, fulfillment, and customer service.Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Experience managing vendor and agency relationships.Benefits & Perks
