Reporting to both Managing Partner and Director of Business Development, the Sales / Lead Generation Specialist will help to expand client base and partnerships across the United States and Africa.

You will play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and connecting with commercial clients, investors, and partners in various sectors :

business consulting, financial services, real estate, and mortgages.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be :

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

• Research and identify new clients, investors, and business partners in target markets.
• Build and maintain targeted lead databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or CRM tools.
• Execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls, WhatsApp) to generate qualified appointments.
• Qualify prospects through structured calls or written assessments before handoff to senior closers.
• Manage and update CRM systems to ensure lead status accuracy and smooth follow-up.
