Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior to Lead Salesforce Developer to architect custom Salesforce solutions and lead complex integrations with enterprise and vendor applications. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership requiring someone who can drive successful implementations while mentoring development teams and collaborating effectively with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Development & Architecture :

• Design develop and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWCs) Flows Visualforce Aura and Salesforce Communities
• Architect robust integrations between Salesforce and enterprise / vendor systems using both synchronous and asynchronous patterns
• Leverage integration platforms (MuleSoft Boomi) and Salesforce APIs to ensure seamless data exchange
• Implement comprehensive security controls including authentication authorization encryption and monitoring
• Team Leadership & Project Management :
• Lead cross-functional teams of onsite and offshore developers and testers through complete development lifecycles
• Provide technical mentorship and enforce coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Decompose complex business requirements into actionable development tasks and sprint planning
• Monitor project progress proactively identify risks and communicate status to stakeholders
