Senior Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Sr Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing for over 10,000 employees in a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Support biweekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles for 10,000+ employees

Assist with testing and implementation of the UltiPro Payroll system

Monitor timecard approvals and generate compliance reports for leadership

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent practical experience

3+ years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or a related function

Experience with Ultimate Software (UltiPro) is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
