2nd Shift Production Lead

The Opportunity :

Avantor is looking for a dedicated and quick thinking Production Lead to optimize our 2nd shift team of VWR Chemicals, delivering results against some of the most complex business and technology initiatives.

This role will be a full-time position based out of Solon Fountain, OH facility. You will have the opportunity to perform a variety of functions including fabrication, assembly or testing in the production of electrical, mechanical, or other components / devices manufactured in a clean room environment. If you have experience in manufacturing and safety quality, along with handling a large group - let's talk!

What we're looking for

• Education : High school education or equivalent preferred
• Experience : Manufacturing experience with at least 1+ year in a leadership role
