Associate Attorney

Were looking for a

• to join our team. This role offers hands-on litigation experience, including :
• Developing subject matter expertise
• Drafting briefs and legal memoranda
• Arguing motions in court
• Participating in trials

Youll work both independently and collaboratively, tackling complex legal issues and driving results for our clients.

• Ideal Candidate Profile

You have

• 1+ year of relevant experience
• and are licensed to practice in
• North Carolina or South Carolina
• , or are eligible for admission via an existing
• UBE score
• . Youre a strong legal writer with sharp attention to detail and a genuine interest in litigation.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus :

• Construction Litigation
• Government & Municipal Defense
• Employment Law
• Business Litigation
• Insurance Coverage
• Premises & Product Liability
• Professional Malpractice
• Transportation Litigation
• Personal Injury Defense
• Creditors Rights
• Other Civil Litigation Areas
• Compensation

Total cash compensation starting at $85,000, commensurate with experience, plus a generous benefits package.
