Electrical Assembly / Teardown

Position Summary

The primary duties of this position will be electrical assembly and testing of magnet system controllers, DC rectifiers, battery back-ups, and other electrical accessories. The qualified individual should be capable of following schedules, communicating issues that arise and working in a time sensitive fashion in a highly changing product mix.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Work from blueprints and schematics to perform wiring functions
• Assemble controller and rectifier panels from drawings using hand tools and / or electric pneumatic tools.
• Operate test equipment comparing unit performance to design specifications.

Experience and Education Required

Physical Requirements

Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 50 lbs continuously and 100 lbs occasionally Requires standing continuously and walking occasionally throughout the day up to ten hours
