Legal Document Reviewer / Paralegal

Overview

Genesis10 is seeking a Loan Document Reviewer / Paralegal for a 6-month+ contract position in Charlotte, NC (University area). This position will work onsite 5 days per week.

Compensation : $23.75 per hour.

Job Description

• This contractor will be joining a Quality Assurance team responsible for reviewing legal documents with our client's customers who are dealing with civil legal matters.
• Will be looking at physical legal documents to ensure that all items within the documents are accurate, match corresponding paperwork, and meet state requirements.
• Test information before it\'s sent out to 3rd party legal partners.
• Verify the notarization on documents.
• Provide judgment and complaint validations as needed.
• Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with a narrower impact in Loan Workout.
• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to client personnel in the Loan Workout.
