A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join a leading technology organization in a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute channel GTM programs that boost partner engagement and revenue growth
Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to develop sales incentives and promotional campaigns
Create enablement assets and non-financial rewards (NFRs) to motivate partner performance
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in channel sales and GTM roles within a large tech organization
Proven success in creating and executing channel programs and sales incentives
Strong understanding of sales compensation models, channel incentives, and partner ecosystems
Experience working with GPO, FPRS, or similar channel program teams is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
