Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at South Florida Jewish Academy. As a Teacher at SFJA, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of our students. Responsibilities:
• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
• Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure continuity and consistency in student learning
• Provide individualized support and feedback to students to help them achieve academic success
• Participate in school-wide events and activities that promote Jewish values and heritage
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 0 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome to apply)
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for Jewish education and commitment to our mission and values
