We are a rapidly growing property management company seeking Property Managers and Leasing Agents to oversee our properties in the YREKA AREA ONLY . The successful candidate will be a confident and customer service focused leader, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Day-to-day tenant relations : maintain personal contact with tenants, promote goodwill, provide high-quality service and anticipate and solve problems.
• Implement tenant retention practices and act as a liaison between tenants and vendors.
• Regularly inspect properties to ensure property maintenance and cleanliness.
