Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent required + Leading customers to "the best sleep of their life" + Communicating product features and benefits and promotional information + Making a connection with a diverse array of customers + Participating in the creation of your part-time schedule + Bringing your prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably high-end sales + Guaranteed base pay of $15 / hour, plus uncapped commissions, and monthly bonus incentives, driven by a pay-for-performance compensation plan that rewards your success through unlimited earning potential. + Most team members will earn a total annual compensation package of $47,000 $58,000 (26.20 32.30). The Multi-Store Leader can speak more directly about the store's historical earnings potential.
