About the Role
Plant Therapy is seeking a Social Media Strategist whose equal parts creative powerhouse and get-it-done executor. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing to shape and own our social media presence across platforms, from concept to content to performance analysis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, story-driven brand environment and is ready to push boundaries on what a brand can and should be posting in today's digital world.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own a platform-specific social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta, and emerging channels
- Plan content aligned to product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Capture and create native video content-both lo-fi and editorial-for use in Reels, TikTok, Stories, and ads
- Support our influencer coordinator in the sourcing of campaign-aligned UGC to build out and reinforce the brand narrative
- Collaborate with internal teams on messaging, visuals, and campaign timelines
- Monitor performance, experiment with formats, and iterate based on engagement data
- Identify and respond to real-time trends with branded POV
- Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic and tone across all visual and written content
- Monitor and report out on metrics related to post performance, engagement rate, follower growth, and more

2+ years of direct experience in social media, digital marketing, or creative content production (in-house or agency)Degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or similar required. Equivalent experience without degree will be considered.Experience with managing a broad scope social media calendar and directing videographers & creators to get the content neededProven ability to create compelling, scroll-stopping short-form video content. Please submit your portfolio and / or the channels you've managed previously.Strong skills in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)Platform fluency : You know how to make each channel shine in its own wayAbility to work proactively and independently, with strong project management skillsEye for design, composition, and lighting-especially for lo-fi captureComfortable being on camera or directing others to beExperience with performance reporting and content optimizationPassion for wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a strong plusApplications without Social Media experience will not be considered.
