Job description

Join our growing team as a Appointment Setter to assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, and respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues. Other duties include work collaboratively across teams and departments, provide excellent service to customers and team members, maintain accurate records and documentation, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, along with adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, follow safety procedures and company policies, assist with processing returns and exchanges. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
