Job description

Summary

We are seeking an experiencedCloudInfrastructure Engineer to join our this role you willbe responsible forthe design maintenance and optimization of our cloud and on-prem infrastructure supportingall ofGreenshades customer-facing products.

Responsibilities

Oversee the organization security maintenance and optimization of infrastructure supporting all Greenshades products ensuring high availability and peak performance.
Drive the implementation and refinement of tooling and automation solutions toexpediteissue resolution and proactively prevent incidents whenfeasible.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and engineering teams to shape hosting strategies that enhance existing products / processes andfacilitatethe integration ofnew technologies.
Work closely withDevOps teamto ensure seamless operation and swift performance of our technology stack encompassing hosted websites services and all internal / client-facing products.
Monitor and promptly respond to emerging infrastructure challenges in real-time both during regular work hours and as part of a rotating on-call schedule.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

5yearstechnical experience in Windows system administration networkengineeringand automation scripting

5yearsexperiencerunning cloud services preferably Azure

3 years hand-on experience inPowershell / Python

3yearsexperiencewith CI / CD technologies such as AzureDevopsand / or Octopus Deploy.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes preferably AKS.

SQL Server and / or Azure Database management experience.

Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring / alerting solution.

Experience Supervising other Team Members

Familiarity with IAC tools such as Terraform / Bicep

This is a remote position.
