Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in New Haven, Indiana who will float to our two clinics in the Fort Wayne market!

What you need

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Ability to worn PRN; up to 19 hours per week
