Accountant

We are seeking an Experienced Accountant with Produce Pro Experience

Our client is a fast growing and highly profitable, established produce distribution firm operating in multiple states. We're searching for an experienced Accountant with 3-7 years of accounting experience.

This role sits on site in Los Angeles.

The experienced Accountant will be an integral part of the team, contributing to their ongoing success!

In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial operations.

Your duties will include maintaining financial records, performing periodic financial analysis, and working on the company's general ledger and month end close process.

Responsibilities

• Manage various aspects of accounting; billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, inventory accounting, cost accounting, and special projects as assigned.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• Prior work at a produce company is a must!
• Full-cycle accounting experience is essential.
• High volume invoice experience.
• Excellent mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with Produce Pro accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
• Produce Pro ERP experience is preferred.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
